Plex Database Corrupted, at whits end
Hey sorry to crash this thread and I know it is a rookie question, but what is the best way to install the plexdbrepair tool in the containter? I do not see anything on how to install it on the git page. Is it as simple as pulling down the taz.gz, copying to my unraid via SMB and then uncompressing via terminal? Or is there a more sophisticated way that I dont know? Appreciate it.

Bad Upgrade from 6.10.3 to 6.11.5 - And issues afterwards
Ok interesting. I have swapped out the power supply and the cables for the LSI board. Maybe its a problem with the card. I will swap out an extra I have I guess. Only other possibility is the motherboard. But I would expect to see problems with more drives if it was the card or the motherboard itself since most go through there. I am at a loss as to what else could be causing a connection or power issue. Maybe the backup power unit is causing issues but if that were the case I would expect more drives to be showing issues. Just a bit of more information. I replaced the 750w with a 850w PSU. I was using power splitters on the old PSU but am not using any power splitters on the new PSU. Drives are connected to an LSI card and the cable for disk2, 3 and a few others were replaced last week. (Wednesday or Thursday) PSU was replaced Thursday. I have reseated all connections inside at that time as well. The only logical conclusion would be the LSI card itself maybe or the motherboard slot? Both sound iffy though. Where do you see the connection errors? I ask so it can help me expand my knowledge as the page here isn't helping me. I am open to suggestions. I am at a loss. Thank you so much for your help on this matter.

Bad Upgrade from 6.10.3 to 6.11.5 - And issues afterwards
I attempted to update my server from 6.10.3 to 6.11.5 the other night and the wheels fell off the wagon. Machine would not boot after upgrade, never was able to ping it et all. My guess is that NerdPack may have caused the issues. I have sinced uninstalled it and the update assistant sees no issues now to update again. After waiting 4 hours I decided it really was not coming back up and used the same flash drive to restore my flash backup I made right before updating. The first time I was getting all sorts of errors due to permissions writing to the file system. I then flashed it a second time and it appeared to work. However I am having a big of oddness with my dockers afterwards and am wondering if it might be related. The dockers appear to "Pause" for lack of a better term. I am mainly seeing this with tdarr however may be experiencing it with Plex as well. This pause lasts anywhere for 30 seconds to permanent. When the problems occur I do not see anything in the log console for unraid. Looking through the diags is fruitless for me as I am unsure even where to start. I have concerns about the USB drive and have considered just flashing a new drive with 6.11.5 and moving the config folder over, but want to make sure I am not jumping the gun. Does anyone have some insight into what might be the issue? Thanks tower-diagnostics-20230309-0840.zip

Yet Another Unmountable wrong or no file system error Heat or card issue maybe?
Thank you for the answer. It is disk2 that has been throwing me issues. I have used another power lede for it and wil swap out the data connection to the card soon. On the plus side the memory test passes.

Apologies, latest diagnostics are attached. I think I was able to fix the file system from a command line after ssh'ing in. I am currently on pass three of the memory test to see if any issues are found there. Thanks. tower-diagnostics-20230228-2005.zip

Yet Another Unmountable wrong or no file system error Heat or card issue maybe?
Apologies for coming back on this one and replying to my own post. This occured again and on the same disk as before. Not shutdowns in a week so not that. Going to swap out the cable to the LSI card and see if I have any improvement after I finish repairing. Though I am getting the following error when running the check without -L "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 53733359 bytes) in /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix/include/DefaultPageLayout.php(528) : eval()'d code on line 895"

I appreciate the response. Yeah the first time was a 8tb hdd and this time a 16tb hdd. I don't believe I am having unclean shutdowns but it happened when I was asleep last night. I have an UPS on it as well. I will do a memory test on the ram this evening.

Yet Another Unmountable wrong or no file system error Heat or card issue maybe?
Folks, This is the second time I have gotten this error on the machine. It is with disk2. I am currently running xfs_repair. But I would like to see if someone can help me get to the root of the issue so I do not repeat it. If I had to guess I either have a heat issue or an issue with the controller as disk 2 has been replaced recently and the issue existed with both drives. I threw a fan to blow through the front to keep heat down and have an extra LSI card I can swap if needed. Logs are attached I am just not sure what I am looking for in them to determine where the root issue may lay. Thanks tower-diagnostics-20230222-0939.zip
