Gary4381's post in New Config lost all my disk settings and asking me to enter a new passphrase? was marked as the answerI messed around with the configs, setting all the drive formats to "auto" and not assigning the new replacement drive yet and I was able to start the array with just entering my encryption key once like I would normally. It seems entering the old pass as the new pass would have worked as well https://forums.unraid.net/topic/72276-solved-new-config-unraid-wants-new-passphrase/
