  2. ASUS ThunderboltEX 4 Direct Connect Supported?

    Hi, Hope you are well. I bought a licence yesterday and I cant seem to get it to work for my use case. I managed to get the NAS running on my network and can connect to it through http://tower.local/Main but when I try to connect to it direct from my MacBook via thunderbolt (I have a ASUS ThunderboltEX Thunderbolt3 Add on) but I cant see the storage. Do you have any guides for my use case? Regards, Justin
