Doesn't seem to work. I clicked the button, the button seems to respond (changes from Start to Stop) but then it changes back 30 seconds later and is still showing below.

Got an error yesterday so I tried a different SATA cable (from the same SCSI splitter though, I swapped Disk 1 and 2's cables). Plugged it in and it seemed to be okay again so I started rebuilding the data. Got back from work and the same drive has failed again.
