Sorry, here is the new diag after array started
-
Thanks for the reply.
Ok so I did shutdown the unraid and checked the cables, then replaced the cables with a brand new just to be sure.
Now it just reports disk5 "not installed". I'm assuming the disk died... Will test it on another computer to verify that.
Is my next move to buy a new disk for replacement? How does that work, will the parity disk rebuild disk5?

Hi,
Just found out that my Unraid sever gave some notification errors about a disk with bad sectors.
This is my newest disk that I added to my array a month ago. Ran preclear and it gave no errors at that time.
I appreciate if someone could guide me on what the next correct steps would be when encountering such issues as this.
Thanks!

How are the two go files different?
Basically just an error from my side now when looking more into it. Was following this guide to enable hw transcoding guide-plex-hardware-acceleration-using-intel-quick-sync/
adding these to the go file while in nano did overrwrite some of the defaults
modprobe i915chmod -R 777 /dev/dri

Your go file isn't starting the webUI. Unlikely the result of the upgrade. Download any version and unzip it to see what the stock go file should look like in config/go
Thank you, was some issue with the go file as you suggested. Used the old go file from the backup and now its up and running again! Thanks for finding the problem @trurl

Ah ok that's bad news then 😅 did upgrade due to many posts saying this fixes the alder lake issue (plex transcoding).
Unfortunately my backup before upgrading to this OS version are corrupt.
So worse case I have to use a 1month old backup..
I'll look into the go file trurl.
I've tested to restore the 1month old backup and it's working fine (2nd USB flash unit). But will lose alot of changes I've done..

Normally not, but now I have keyboard\monitor connected just to check what's going on.

Hi, currently i'm unable to connect to the server from main computer.
Trying to connect the server with devices on the same network.
Are able to ping the Unraid server.
When trying to connect to it via browser im getting the error "Hmmm… can't reach this page 192.168.xx.xx refused to connect."
Changes done on the unraid server was to update it to 6.11 RC3 last week.
When plugging in a monitor to the server its up and running and can login to the terminal with my credentials.
Anyone have an idea what the problem could be?
Thanks,

Hi,
I currently have a docker container that i tried to restore to an older version and I believe I did a typo and now it's just showing as orphan image with a "image ID". This container has a few settings that I would like to restore, but I'm currently stuck on how to do that.
It doesn't show in the Apps tab and "Previous Apps"
Also tried and thought using restore from backup but that also failed restoring the container to previously state.
