    I plugged the flash drive into my PC and saw a lot of files, including config. You mean I copy all these files to the PC, and then use this flash drive to recreate a UNRAID boot disk, only need to copy the config folder back to overwrite it? Is my understanding wrong? Thanks for your answer.

    I shut down my Unraid server before, but I got this error when I opened it today, I tried unplugging all hard disks and booting in safe mode, and I got the same error. Could it be that the thumb drive is broken? Any ideas are welcomed, and let me know what diagnostic info I can provide. Thanks.
