  1. Before anyone posts about memory and doing a memtest. I've done this plenty of times before running it for over 24h+ with over 4 passes and not a single error.
  2. Hello all, My current home server has had a fair history of being unstable but today I had it lock up with something interesting in the logs that maybe someone can explain what caused it.   3. Backed up the drive to another drive and did the following https://docs.unraid.net/legacy/FAQ/check-disk-filesystems/#:~:text=So far there is not,a drive formatted with BTRFS). Worked fine with no errors and all data is fine. Most of the BTFRS errors came from VM disks. Hope this helps anyone else with the same issue as me.
  4. Hello, I've been having these random instances where my docker service just dies completely and the only way to recover is to hard reboot. My unRAID has been very unreliable, normally requiring a hard reboot every few days and I've had instances of all my containers just being removed. Its currently a setup of 2xNVME SSD's in RAID1 using BTRFS. I've copied all the files to another SSD and wiped the original drive and recovered from backup but still getting scrub errors. I've read other posts regarding this topic saying to run memtest to rule out if its faulty memory causing the corruption. Memtest ran for 3 hours and did two passes with no issue. I'm just asking here for advice on how to resolve these issues. Hello unRAID community, This issue has been an occurrence every 2 months where unRAID is inaccessible via direct IP connection, server refuses to be pinged and all notifications that run on an hourly bases also stop. Before I had no logging enabled to see if I could capture the reason behind the crash but going through the syslog I cant see anything that explains the crash. I'm hoping some experienced unRAID users can see if something is wrong and point me in the right direction.   8. Solved: Issue with my router, seems like Vodafone only like having a certain amount of MAC addresses registered before problems start occurring (tested on a windows vm) After clearing the previous devices off my device list it all started working again.

Hello Unraid community, Here's a weird one, I had no problem with making Ubuntu VM's on 6.11.0 and 6.11.1 but now suddenly I'm presented with errors I haven't encounter with a VM running Ubuntu server, it seems like my VM isn't getting an internet connection but I can ping other websites from that VM no problems. I also get this when making a new VM followed by a connection failure to http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com/ Once the system does boot I cannot even perform basic commands like "sudo apt update" as this just results in waiting for header 0%. So I tried using the desktop version with the same static IP configuration I had setup on server version and not a single problem at all. So instinctively I assumed by Ubuntu server iso was corrupt or something, nope same result. I cant tell if its something to do with Unraid or me, but like I said at the start of my post, not a single issue has occurred until today. I have even tried a clean install of unRAID and the same result. I look forward hearing from someone who can help with my situation, thank you.
  10. Resolved, just wiped my USB drive, installed unRAID, restored my config folder and worked like a charm.

  13. I did use a pirated version of unraid before on the same USB as an extended trial before being commited to buying a full pro licence. I doubt that's the issue but I thought it would be useful to disclose.
  14. Hello unraid community, I'm trying to schedule a parity check every month like so, but when I apply the changes it goes back to being disabled. Am I missing something or is my unraid likely corrupt? Thank you.
  15. Additional information. Running latest version 6.11.0 I was previously using a pirated version of unraid for about two months before buying a licensed. If any of this helps.
