So i had a drive reporting errors, pretty mundane. I validated it and shut the system down. Went to pull the drive to replace it and noticed that the cable had worked partially loose. I shrug and plug it back in seeing if it will take a rebuild. Booted up without event. array started fine. Ok > Stopped the array > Unassigned the drive > Started in maint. mode > Stopped it > Reassigned it ( to force a rebuild) > Now all the rest of the disks are reporting unrecognized file system. I sanity checked /mnt/user/ and sure enough no data at all! I stopped the automatic rebuild as soon as I could. This is a lifetime of data I really don't want to loose it! thanks! I think I figured it out - Misconfigured Radarr that got pointed to /mnt/user for a boot up. It recreated the folders

Trying that now - I *THINK* that worked, aside from deleting an important folder by mistake. So.. what happened there do you think?

Bizarrely, yes. LS'ing /mnt/user is all the real shares and what should be content of the Movies directory. I can see the files correctly by ls on the /mnt/diskX/Media/Movies. That's where I'm saying the linking is at issue. the files are in the correct directory, just that the link to the user folder is wacky unraid-diagnostics-20220930-0942.zip

I'm at the end of my abilities to figure this out here. I think the issue is pretty simple, i just can't figure it out. The symptoms: What looks like smb restarting constantly and crashing My shares are now a list of ALL my movies folder. Aside from that bad filename (which isn't even there anymore) in the log Seems like a weird linking issue - just can't diagnose it. I've tried deleting all the shares from the usb.
