It was my dns on the unraid server. It was pointing to the Adguard docker that I have installed and that is causing a slowdown or loop. Set to 8.8.8.8, rebooted, now everything is perfect.

Not sure how things were fine to the local net but not to the internet but... a new cat5 fixed it.
