  1. Can't log into web GUI tower.local from all devices

    Hello can someone please help me to understand what is going on with my network. I have have recently added two unmanaged switches in my home, all working fine yesterday. Every device could log into tower.local. Then I powered down the server for 24 hours and now only my ethernet PCs can connect with this. My Macs and iPads will not. Even if attached via ethernet. They will connect to "http://tower" but not http://tower.local Why is this. I just can't I understand right now. Been trawling through endless dry replies on endless threads on the internet from various head shakers but it doesn't help teach me what's going on. Can someone please help get me started or point me somewhere to learn what is going on? Ultimately I just want to upload files to my NAS reliably, and potential network issues make me lose confidence in that process. Thank you all kindly for your help, Tony
