  2. Thanks for your reply so what I am hoping to do is copy the contents from disc1 to the onboard M2 SSD stop disc1 and use the M2 SSD has the new disc1 start the array to check that all working then do the same thing with a new SSD hard drive i.e transfer the contents from the M2 SSD to the new SSD and make that the new disc1 would that tool do that , presume it will allow me to designate the M2 SSD drive has Drive1 there fore allowing me to start the array Thanks again
  3. Hi Guys , I have just transferred my unraid (6.9.2) one drive plus a M.2 ssd on board memory stick setup to a new mine PC and all went well and thing are running has they should all be it very slow due to the main drive in slot 1 which houses the app data and system files being a old sata drive. What I would like to do the replace the main drive 1 with a SSD drive but the PC only has one SATA connection, I have tried transferring all the files to the onboard m2 SSD and removing the main drive 1 in the hope it would use the M2 SSD memory where I had copied the contents of drive 1 but Unraid will not start the array. So basically what I would like to do is clone drive 1 that houses all the app data and system file etc to a new SSD, is this possible ? Any help would be appreciated
