  1. Booting into GUI gives blank screen and blinking cursor

    New User here as of today, and I ran into the blinking cursor on a black screen problem. On the thumb drive, there was two bootable images, and I had to select the USB bootable version, not the UEFI version. Selecting that in the boot order in BIOS allowed the GUI to start up. Hope that helps someone.
