Hi All, A few months ago I picked up a 9211-8I and made the switch to Unraid using the larger half of my drives, I'm very happy I made the move. From my old configuration I have 10 older drives and a 12 port areca card that I would really like to bring back online for non-critical data. My system currently can see the card but not any of the drives. I found and read through several older threads and it sounds like these cards are not officially recommended but some of you have had success. To be honest though I feel more confused than when I started. The two things that stick out to me in my config that are missing is a /dev/sd# under lsscsi as shown in some of the other threads. Also the bus resets seem concerning, however perhaps it was just me playing with the configuration, putting drives into passthrough, switching to JBOD, etc. Does anyone have one of these older cards running FW 1.49 (1130's latest) working?
