  1. I added a drive to my array, copied some stuff, added a second drive and started a parity check. I usually have an estimated speed of 100MB/s +. Now it's in the hundreds of KB/s and the full check is estimated to take about a year. How do I fix this?
  2. Yes , I've been reattempting the test. Is there anything there that would indicate the problem is this drive? Just so I can use it when claiming warranty
  3. The Failed collumn says Never
  4. How can I find out if it's a read failure?
  5. I've done several attempts and it doesn't complete it. How come it doesn't show the disk as unhealthy or damaged? Can I claim warranty on this?
  6. I've checked the smart attributes. Also I've done both a SMART short self-test and SMART extended self-test. First one was ok, second one doesn't complete. It says: Interrupted (host reset)
  7. It's these: https://www.amazon.es/gp/product/B08HMCBHG5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Molex to 2x SATA power.
  8. I'm, quite honestly, a novice. How do I get to the bottom of this?
  9. Yes I am using splitters. Is this bad? Shouldn't it have been a problem from the start?
  10. Also, the check is VERY slow. It mayu take several days according to the estimate.
  11. I shut down the server, checked the wiring and booted again. I've started a new check but the disk still looks more or less the same. The weird thing is that the disk status (disk 2) shows as healthy
  12. Thank you for the help and fast replies, I'll check the disk and report back.
  13. I used the GUI, and followed the instructions in that thread. I'll have to check the cables. The disk icon opens this log:
  14. Could overheating cause this?
  15. That will take a couple of days, I'll do it ASAP. Is there anything else I should do beforehand/mean time?
  16. Thanks for the reply, here's the ZIP. I've had a disk show up as unmountable a couple times but fixed it with this: I've installed the plugin but I don't know how to distinguish between correcting and non-correcting errors.
  17. Hi, Every check I do has a lot of errors and I don't know what to do about this. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
  18. To anyone who has an M112 or M999 error with Marlin. My BLTouch had issues requiring reset of the printer with this version but reverting to 1.9.0 fixed it. Here's my post if you have the same problem:
  19. Thank you! I reverted to 1.9.0 and that fixed it. That link was very useful! If anyone needs to do this, I used this video as well:
  20. I use Octoprint in Docker to control my 3D Printer via USB connected to my Unraid server. Since the last update, I've been having trouble I didn't have before with my BLTouch. There's M112 and M999 errors that requires a reset of the printer. Sometimes after this it works again, sometimes it doesn't. How do I go to the previous Octoprint version? Thank you for your help.
  21. Did this. Is it a good idea to run it with -L? What does it do?
  22. Hi! newbie here. I have a disk in my array (disk 2) that suddenly decided to show as unmountable. It had data in it and I don't think the parity was updated soon before this happened. Is there any way to repair this without losing data? I followed this guide until step 8 of Running the Test using the webGui. This gives the output seen below. I've stopped the array and parity check. What do I do? I appreciate any help you can give me. This is the output of Check Filesystem Status.
