  1. Flash GUID error

    Hi all, I'm trying to run an upgrade to latest release however I'm getting an invalid Flash Device GUID error when trying to open the Update OS page? Is this something I can resolve myself or will I need to engage support (have already submitted a ticket, but figured I'd try here too..) Thanks
