  1. My man, you were totally right, I have tried 2 USB pen drive with no luck, I could still see the files on the pen from my windows pc but no boot. I got a brand new pen drive, tried the very same procedure and BAM it boots! Thank you for pointing me in the right direction

I have been playing with these settings but no luck, always the same blinking cursor Set the boot order to as follows: Forced-FDD, USB-HDD, USB-ZIP Try disabling USB 2.0/3.0 support (this will default to USB 1.1). Try switching on or off any Fast Boot feature. Try Switching on or off USB keyboard support.
  3. Hello more intelligent people, I have got a very old N40l and a bounch of spare disks, so I thought that building a unraid box was a good idea. I have updated the n40l with the modded bios so now I can use all the sata ports in AHCI mode, SATA3G/s and I have SMART. The problem is that when I tried to boot with the Unraid Pen drive it says that it's not a boot device. I have created the pendrive with the Unraid creation tool for MacOs and I am trying to install the latest Stable. What am I doing wrong?
