Solutions

  1. thmsdmmrtn's post in High CPU usage on few cores causes UnRaid server to reboot was marked as the answer   
    I figured out the issue.
     
    I did not have enough power. The CPU was drawing too much power when put under load from transcoding video. I upgraded the power supply from 550 watt to 1000 watt and all is well.
