    Solved
    I removed the user-script plugin to prevent it from running any scripts. The plugin consisted of two scripts:
    "nvidia_powersave": This script aimed to lower the power consumption of the GPU, following the instructions provided by Spaceinvader One in a video. *** Link Removed ***  
    Although I am unsure which specific script caused the issue, disabling both of them allowed the GUI to load normally.
     
    To remove the plugin, I used the following command:
    plugin remove user-scripts.plg

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
