Solutions

  1. drucius's post in WebGUI cannot connect after upgrade to 6.12.3 was marked as the answer   
    Fixed it myself.  Looks like the USB corrupted on upgrade.  It just took me forever to dig through the logs to figure that out.  Made a new usb drive, copied over the /config file, booted, then updated the license/guid.  Fixed.
