Solutions

  1. bulkfish's post in Unraid 6.1.2.3 VM Manager and VMS Tab Blank was marked as the answer   
    To anybody who ends up having this same problem, it seemed to be resolved by deleting the libvert.img file and rebooting the system; then re-downloading libvert.img. 
     
    Deleting this file was done via Midnight Commander (MC).
