Solutions

  1. epicPl's post in Help my log Files are full of "PCIe Bus Error" was marked as the answer   
    Since most people in the linked posts had problems with NVME SSDs i figured, i just remove the NVME, since it is not in use anyway.
    However, still got the same error.
     
    In the End putting
    pcie_aspm=off into my Syslinux config worked
