Solutions

  1. kinky-chin3536's post in Server stops responding. Receive "login: timed out after 60 seconds" when trying to log in locally was marked as the answer   
    I think I figured out the issue.  I had to Disable C6 State in my BIOS.  Once I did that I haven't had any issues of the computer shutting down/going to sleep
