    I've got a dell sever that I'm trying to start my array on, and it gets to 50% of the way through starting at 150-180mb/s then drops all the way to ~420kb/s. I'm trying to start an array of 8 3TB drives with 2 as parity drives. I've attached my logs to see if its a drive failrure (I have no idea what I'd be looking for). unraidtest-diagnostics-20230828-1553.zip
