    Hey was wondering if you were able to resolve this issue? I am running into the same type of problem. Gaming performace is abysmal on 16 cores + a 3080ti on the same NUMA node. My NVME and NIC are on the other NUMA node. Did you validate phyiscally moving all your devies onto the same NUMA node fix your issue?
