Any advice on how to troubleshoot or am I going to have to replace the CPU?

I'm trying to set up an Unraid server on an old desktop. I've had it running for about a week, but I've experienced frequent reboots due to a MCE. It's always the same error, just a different address. I've played around with the BIOS settings including restoring the default settings. I'm also currently running a MemTest, but so far no errors through 2 passes. I've attached some of the MCE failure logs and my diagnostics bundle.
