i never re format anything i tried using the command but it only restored my cache

also my VM is gone

how do i check if i have the old app data, i booted up the pc with the usb plugged in but i cant see the appdata section unless im on unraid gui on the browser also if i dont have the old app data and only new do i have to start over ?

now its back my cache but plex and all the apps are still brand new like if they need to be reconfigured or i need to start from scratch elbox-diagnostics-20250101-2109.zip

i went to use Plex 2 weeks ago and my docker with all my apps / VM was gone, i tried re downloading them but it did not work they are blank, after checking from time to time i found out my cache was (Unmountable: Unsupported or no file system) and thought maybe this is why my apps under my docker is not working correctly by any chance anyone run into this issue i attached my sys logs if anyone can help me i would appreciate it syslog[1].txt elbox-syslog-20241231-0108.zip
