i believe its a problem with the nic not unraid, i changed the DNS to my router but unraid is still saying the "interface ethernet port 1 is down" but i have access to the gui through port 1 and ILO says the nic's fine

it was fine with static IP before?, how do i change it to dynamic or give it a DNS, the unraid network config screen doesn't work bc the port is down

for some reason my network adapter isnt getting an IPv4, ilo works, i can connect to unraid over the network but i cannot download dockers, and unraid say port 1 is down check cable, list of things ive check 1) checked to see if other ports work (false) 2)verified the cable works (true) 3) check if DHCP is work (true) any ideas how to fix this without buying a new nic? (if i have to buy a new nic what ones are supported for the dl360p gen8 (would 2.5/5gb be worth it too?))

Got a new server (HP dl360p gen8) and try to transfer my OLD usb that had an UnRAID basic.key on it, the new server wouldn't boot the usb so i tried plugging it in my PC then i found out it was corrupted, i made a new UnRAID boot usb but i cant use the key from the Registration email because it gives me error 5, (already being used) how do i transfer the key if i cant access the old usb?
