Added new drive, now old one is not working. Help!
Hello all! I had 4 drives in my array and 1 parity drive. I have 1 cache drive, and 1 unassigned drive thats just used in a VM. Today, I added a fifth drive to my array. But now disk 4 is giving me problems. It said “Unmountable: Unsupported or no file system” so I took it offline and ran xfs check with -L. Everything seemed ok, but when I tried to access files stored on that drive, they show up as missing. I stopped the array, took drive 4 off the array, restarted it in maintenance mode, and then stopped it to reassign drive 4. But it wants to data-rebuild and the estimate is 300 days. Would greatly appreciate help. Diagnostics attached. newhomeserver-diagnostics-20250525-1417.zip

Updated and now have unmountable drive
I swapped the SATA cables and added a parity drive. All seems clear for the past few days. Thank you!

Updated and now have unmountable drive
Happened again I'll replace cables today, see if that helps. Would you recommend adding a parity drive now? Or to fix the issue first. Or to copy everything to a new drive in case this one is failing? Sorry for noob questions. newhomeserver-diagnostics-20231021-1053.zip

Updated and now have unmountable drive
I followed your advice JorgeB. It seemingly fixed the issue temporarily. However when I try to access the drive, it gives me errors a few hours later. And upon a restart it goes back to saying unmountable.

Updated and now have unmountable drive
I manually updated to Unraid 6.12.4 and now 1 of my 2 drives are unmountable. I'm afraid of doing anything to lose my data. Diagnostics are attached. I would sincerely appreciate any help. Thank you! newhomeserver-diagnostics-20231018-1844.zip
