  1. Migrating to new hardware

    Hello guys I have an Asrock J5005-ITX with 4 SATA slots and 1GBe LAN, 3x16TB HDD. if I build an unRAID system on it, will I be able to move seamlessly to a board with AMD /RYZEN G/ processor, 2.5GBe and LSI 9400-16i SATA/SAS HBA controller later /in 2 3 months/? Can I add SAS drives /3-4/ to this controller without problems, I ask for unRAID of course / will there be a mix of SAS and SATA drives/ Or is it better to use a new board now and change the controller later? I do not want to transfer the data later, I want to minimise costs and time.
