  1. Hello, my name is Jozef I am a happy owner of Unraid, I needed it to store my vacation movies, as I have a lot of hardware I wanted to build my own NAS, I tested various systems for a long time but I found out about UNRAID from a friend and tested it. After a few weeks I knew that OS Unraid would stay with me. I have a home server with i5-10500/32gb/13.5TB/1Gbit and I can stream my movies to several TVs in my house which was a priority, additionally all users in my network have access to the disk with data. An additional advantage is that I can constantly add disks Of course, remote access thanks to Tailscalle does the job, for over 2 years I had no problem with OS unraid, everything is friendly and very well documented thanks to the community. So a layman like me can handle it perfectly. greetings to all Unraid owners
  2. Hello I want to change the motherboard and processor in my UNRAID. my configuration: i7 9600, DDr4 32GB ram parity - HHD 12TB - Data disk - HHD12TB disk - ssd m2 nvme 512GB - VM disk - ssd m2 nvme 512GB - VM disk - sata m2 512 GB - Data cache - ssd m2 nvme 1GB I want to change to i5 10500T with new moterboard but I'm afraid if I move the disks to the new motherboard everything will still work Does connecting disks have to be in the same order as on the current UNRAID array? I know that the array disk has to be assigned first and it has to be the same disk as the current one. I'm mainly interested in SSD disks and the order of assignment, does it have to be the same Br Jos
  3. Hello, this is my first post. So if I placed the thread in the wrong place, I apologize I have a question for more experienced users. i3-4130T+16GBram + Gt710 2GB or i3-9100T + 32GBram + UHD630 what is better for... .... to watch films that I edited during holidays etc. only at home on TV using PLEX, I mean performance, which will be better for UNRAID + PLEX. I will add that on the PC with i3-4130T I have 6 ssd/hhd drives, because the PC with i3-9100T is Dell Optiplex with two SSDs Regards
