    I think i figured it out, the root cause was not the mover tuning plugin, turned out it was the simplified chinese language updates, here is what i did: boot the system into GUI safe mode (no plugins are loaded) switch the language back to english reboot

    Has anyone encountered this issue? I had this issue after installing the ca mover tuning plugin, still able to ssh to the server, all other docker apps are still running fine (transmission, jellyfin etc.). Tried the following approaches, but no luck reboot multiple times (powerdown -r) uninstall mover tuning plugin by running "plugins remove <ca.mover.tuning.path>.plg", but still having this issue /etc/rc.d/rc.php-fpm restart /etc/rc.d/rc.nginx restart clean caches and hard refresh browser (edge) Here is my diagnostics file:
