Nextcloud cannot start after Unraid 7 Upgrade
Hi, So I have a problem with my Nextcloud docker image after the Upgrade to Unraid 7 a few weeks ago. Before I upgraded I updated all docker images on the docker page. Then after the upgrade when I wanted to access my nextcloud instance, I could not connect. After checking the logs I saw this message: So after looking for an aswer which I could not find except the one that I saw that in SpaceinvaderOne video "How to Upgrade Nextcloud when using Docker" I saw that he updated the image within the settings of Nextcloud?? Did I needed to update Nextcloud there before upgrading to Unraid 7? Or is there another explanation and solution?

Docker MySql - Root Login Problems
Hi there, Idk if I am doing something completely wrong or if there is some kind of configuration error. So I installed the MySql Docker image an I set the random password variable to 'empty' and gave it my own root pw. The mysql user which is created doesn't has enough privileges to create a new database, so I wanted to login with the root account and give this user more privileges. But I am unable to login with the root pw, not from phpMyAdmin, neither from the docker console. I honestly don't know what I am doing wrong^^

Assing existing Disk to Disk Array
Okay thank you all. In the next days I will order a new disk and will try your proposed solutions.

Assing existing Disk to Disk Array
So will the EXT4 filesystem be mounted or is this partition layout not correct?

Assing existing Disk to Disk Array

Assing existing Disk to Disk Array
Thank you for the answer and clarification! So when I have Unraid running, as best practice I just add the disk to the array and afterwards the parity drive? Yes I know that Unraid is running on a USB-Stick. That was the plan to use the NVME as SSD Cache.

Assing existing Disk to Disk Array
Hi there, I will be starting with Unraid soon, but there is one important question for me. So for the last few months I spent a lot of time ripping nearly all my BluRays (about 250+) and storing them on a 8TB HDD which sits in a Ubuntu Server where only Jellyfin is installed on it. So now I wanted to start hosting other services on my machine and choosed the Unraid OS, but I need to get my existing disk connected with Unraid. Like I install the OS and afterwards mount it to Unraid etc.? But I read that you can only assing a disk to Unraid if it is in his CLEAR state? So there is no option for me to plug and play this disk, but I have to copy everything from one disk to another, just so that I dont lose any data and can use the disk? ** This 8TB HDD is only data disk, the current Ubuntu OS is installed on a NVME **
