disk3 - 52 read errors, device disabled, contents emulated
What is the best course of action? Shut down and reseat cables? How can I make sure I don’t lose any data. I’ve shut down the dockers to make sure it’s not writing anymore to the array.

disk3 - 52 read errors, device disabled, contents emulated
Hey y'all. The other day I installed a new drive and started pre-clearing it in unassigned devices. Post read failed today and at the same time I got errors from one of my currently assigned drives disk3. 52 read errors and looks like from the log I might be experiencing write errors on this drive. I've been in the process of slowly replacing some of my older drives. I also replaced my LSI SAS 9210 with a LSI SAS 9300, long story short kept getting read errors so I started replacing power and data cables. Only thing old is some of the drives. I am running extended test on disk3. What could I do next regarding disk3? How can I proceed from here? Logs attached. I haven't rebooted. Thank you! dullahan-media-diagnostics-20240724-1137.zip

Unable to stop array (started getting hard drive errors)
Ended up rebooting prior to your reply. Replaced a cable I had, not sure if that was the issue. When it started back up, all drives were back up except for one that stated the file system on the one drive was incorrect. I only have one parity drive. I did an xfs repair on the drive but I will eventually be swapping that drive out just on the slim chance it was the drive. A lot of my drives are old so I need to start upgrading anyways. The one drive I did an xfs repair on, its doing a data rebuild. Not sure if that was the right move but so far everything *seems* fine. Oh to note, the one that returned with an xfs issue wasn't the one disabled drive which is odd. But I digress. I think my issue is mostly resolved. Thanks again JorgeB

Unable to stop array (started getting hard drive errors)
One drive actively shows disabled, while three others are just no longer mounted. Not really sure what to do. I have a new SATA cable I can use to possibly see if that fixes the issue but I'm not really sure what to do now since the array won't stop and I don't want to do an unclean shutdown. All my dockers have stopped and the 4 drives are showing up in unassigned devices but aren't mounted. It's three 10TB drives and one 12TB drives. The HGST drives are relatively new. I hope its just a cable issue. What is my best plan of attack to not cause (more) data loss? I have one parity drive. These are my diagnostic logs. I have tried doing a reset of the sata cables on the drives after I was getting the errors to see if that would fix it. I have an LSI SAS 9210-i8 in IT mode and a Lenovo 16 Port SAS Expander (SAS2008) if that helps. dullahan-media-diagnostics-20240327-2050.zip
