I have not seen anyone else post something about this here, but it also may be painfully obvious and covered multiple places on this forum... Sorry in advance... I recently got my first UNRAID server up and running, and I created a new share, and am wanting to copy things over from my outgoing Synology DS. In the process, the first few items I copied via SMB share on Windows changed all the file names to fully lowercase of folders/files/etc. Looking for a solution so that all of my stuff does not turn to lowercase... I am sure it is a setting, but I am a computer engineer who programs and does nothing networking/server related and am trying to get this set up in my spare time. Thank you in advance!
