  1. Ended up being a reboot apparently...
  2. Oddly enough, I went there first. Got a canned response to come check out the "Friendly Forums" to help with my problem. Hoping that it was just an automated reply and that someone eventually gets assigned to the case. Thanks though...
  3. Hello All, I currently have two active licenses running at my location, one basic and one plus. The flash drives I installed on were definitely older, but as I was using them as trials and I was new to the platform, I simply bought my licenses and ran with it. As luck would have it, when the latest upgrade came out, the quality of the flash on my Basic install would not let me upgrade. So, I followed the guide and migrated to a new drive and transferred my license, all without a hitch. My Plus, however has not been so lucky. I think I messed up when activating a trial on it so that I could get the hardware up and verified again. When I try to install my URL under Tools ---> Registration ---> Install Key, my system goes into error. I tried to update the GUID for the license but the new and old serials were the same number. If I just click "confirm" anyway, it says that my GUID is invalid because it has been blacklisted. The only way the system seems to go back to normal is if I delete the Plus key-file from the config directory. If I try to manage the server with uConnect, it shows as a blacklisted GUID. What did I mess up? tower-diagnostics-20240329-1915.zip
