  1. Hardware errors detected - diagnostic assistance please

    My server was upgraded from 6.12.8 to 6.12.9 on 1 Apr 2024 (yesterday) and within four hours had faulted and required a hard restart. Subsequently "Fix Common Problems" reports "Your server has detected hardware errors. The output of mcelog has been logged. Post your diagnostics and ask for assistance on the Unraid forums". This server has been absolutely reliable since it was commissioned in June 2021. I have attached the diagnostics file and would appreciate assistance in determining the issue.
