    I had similar issues connecting Matter over Thread devices using the Dockerized Matter Server. Though I had no issue connecting the MoT devices using the HAos VM. My main reason for preferring Docker to the VM was I didn't want to dedicate half my cpu cores to Home Assistant. But if I'm understanding pinning vs isolation, those cores may be used for other tasks. I'm really only using the small NAS for Plex and HA anyways.
