  1. @JorgeB i did have my media share mapped and open in share settings, since the attack ive set it to secure and yes hidden. i also discovered I’ve had dynamic unraid connect on upnp for remote access and i shut that off too, slowly reinstalling a few files to leave on there for a few days before I start getting it all back. thank you for your advice
  2. i'm a pretty uneducated unraid user and tonight i've gotten hacked and I'm stuck wondering at what level they had access to my server. if anyone could help me figure out what happened and how I can prevent this + if I need to wipe my system. Posting diagnostics yoosh-diagnostics-20241130-0337.zip
  3. i keep having this problem when manually adding movies to handbrake, have not set up automatic have no interest as of yet. It was working fine then I tried to change a movie's output to a different folder in the same share and now I keep getting a can't write to directory message every time I queue regardless of where I'm trying to put it, I have no clue how I sorted it out yesterday as I had the same problem but it worked fine for two movies. Read/write permissions is becoming a pretty decent pain in unraid, I'm going into new permissions every day it seems as things keep being set to read only somehow and it has not affected handbrake to my knowledge, my folders are set up fine I think; will add photo. after taking said photo I really hope my issue isnt the slashes at the end, currently encoding the last thing that worked so can't tell yet.
