  1. Can't believe I forgot to include them... atlas-diagnostics-20241002-1129.zip
  2. @JorgeB@itimpi So it happened again. I noticed my services were down and saw that "docker service failed to start". Weirdly it was still showing the cache drive as working in the UI. I downloaded Diagnostics from this point. I then tried adding the change to the Syslinux Configuration and rebooted (from the GUI not a full power cycle) and it shows the drive as missing just like last time. I can have the server power cycled in a few hours but I imagine if it works the logs will be the same as last time.
  3. Do you think I should add this even if this was the first time it happened and was fixed with a power cycle? I've been running fine for 9 months without encountering this issue. My server had been without a restart for almost 2 months when this happened now.
  4. I was able to get my brother to power cycle it and the drive now shows up and everything works again. I've added Diagnostics just in case you want to have a look and see if there's any info what and why might have happened. Thanks! atlas-diagnostics-20240925-1543.zip
  5. I just noticed that my docker service failed to start. After trying the universal "have you tried to restart" solution I now see that my cache drive is missing. Could someone please help me debug? I have no idea where to start. I don't have physical access to my server until tomorrow evening. I've added the output from Tools -> Diagnostics after the reboot. Thanks! atlas-diagnostics-20240925-0825.zip
  6. Well this seems to have fixed it... I'm both annoyed that it's a hardware issue which now requires testing wall ports and cables in walls and also happy that I don't need to look for the issue anymore. I've marked your answer as solution assuming that the problem does not reappear and it's not just a "lucky" long streak.
  7. Hi! I've recently ran into the issue that I keep losing connection to my Unraid server and have to replug the ethernet cable to get it back online. From some logs it seems that the NIC Link is going down. Sometimes it recovers by itself. At 10:30 I replugged the ethernet cable going into the server (motherboard), which also temporarily fixes the issue. https://pastebin.com/Acg7QAWY Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX B760-I GAMING WIFI Mini ITX Unraid OS: 6.12.10 Licence: Unraid OS Pro While making this post I realised that I haven't applied the universal fix yet, so I've now restarted the server (it had been 21 days), will keep you posted if anything changes. Please do let me know what other information and logs I can provide. I'm pretty noobish with Linux stuff and debugging Unraid issues (since I haven't really had any until now), so more thorough instructions for getting specific logs would be helpful. Thanks
