Solutions

  1. Dariex's post in Cannot Upgrade from 7.1.4 to 7.2.3 was marked as the answer   
    My guess is my USB drive is failing. I'm working on backing it up now.
  2. Dariex's post in Docker Service Failed to start: /mnt/user/docker.img' is in-use, cannot mount was marked as the answer   
    I ended up just recreating my docker.img file and was able to get docker to start.
