I think I have the same issue. My servers was still running with an screen attached and I got no output. the web interface of unraid wasnt reachable and every webpage I am hosting had the same issue. I had this problem before and also wasnt able to find the solution to it. (While typing My screen turned black and i wasnt able to get it back, solution was replugging the usb dongle and turning the keyboard (logitech k400+) off/on after this typing made the screen come back. Mayby this was also the problem I had before will try this out next time it happens.)
