Thanks for the response I tried AMD Vendor Reset but no luck. Also q35 vs i4400 makes no different. Regarding SeaBIOS it doesn't let me install Win11 at all. Also tried to make AMD main GPU and pass through Intel IGPU, still running into some errors (different one this time) so it might not be only AMD related issue 😩

Either I'm missing something very obvious, or this particular combination of hardware is a bad match for this.
