Solutions

  1. supermic's post in NVME ZFS Format not working was marked as the answer   
    Update:
    I just left the NVME Pool and created some SSD Pool, changed IP Adress etc.
    Then just for fun clicked Format again. And now it worked.

    This is a strange bug
