    updated the OS and that seemed to fix my issue, still not sure what the problem was but hopefully it is gone for good

    Getting the following error when trying to add applications. Sometimes it is a very very long message, typically it is what is below though. I have at least opened the file it mentions in the terminal, don't see anything that jumps out to me. Not sure how to proceed and find the culprit, any help is appreciated. Thank you! edit: this is what is on line 62 in that file:
