Solutions

  1. MiaPeach's post in Server shuts down randomly - sometimes struggles to turn back on was marked as the answer   
    I am embarrassed to say that it was the power button... it was shorting the build. Disconnected it and is now on the 4th day of uptime.
    Thank you all for your patience and to those that sifted trough the logs
