Port forwarding does not work after upgrading to 7.2.5
Hi everyone, Hopefully someone can help me out here. Up until upgrading to 7.2.5 I have had Port forwarding setup for qBittorent using the built in VPN Manager and a user script. My setup is as follows: VPN Manager with a ProtonVPN Wireguard tunnel imported, with port forwarding enabled (unchanged) Regular qBittorrent running on docker (no changes, except perhaps some docker update, but see below regarding Unraid version) A user script (attached) that runs on the qBittorent container, installs natpmpc and maps the port. This has been working for months, and after upgrading yesterday it does not. I have used portchecker to test the port and it reports closed, same happens in the script that does a check to test the port and if reported closed it assumes its been changed and updates the port. Right now it just continues updating to the same port over and over again: I have verified that the port is updated in qBittorrent as expected Downgrading to 7.2.4 solves the issue and the port is open when tested using portchecker, and qBitorrent reports everthing as ok. I guess this is caused by some of the docker updates? I am however at loss of where to even start investigating that... I did try setting a static mac address for qBittorent which made no difference at all. Any ideas or input welcome. userScript.txt

Help me understand my best setup for a new unRAID server
Hey everyone! About to embark on my first unRAID adventure. I’m replacing my Ubuntu Server (a mini pc) with something more powerful. I am not afraid of getting into CLI, bios flashing and so on. In general very well versed with hardware and software. So don’t be afraid to get technical. Just looking for tips for my setup in UnRAID. My current setup is a self-configured Ubuntu (above) with a lot of docker compose. Network is already solved with Ubiquiti and I have HomeAssistant running on its own hardware (HA Green). Starting with the hardware Ryzen pro 5750G 64gb DDR4 ECC 2133MHz 4u rack chassi Asrock X570 Pro4 Other bits and pieces I will be booting from a USB-DOM with UnRAID on it. Where I want some feedback: • 2x22tb (SATA, WD) disks for most long-term storage (1 parity, 1 data) • 1x1.92tb Samsung PM983 NVMe, thinking this will be a cache drive for everything docker (*arr, Minecraft server, Emby, other docker stuff) • 1x1.6Tb U.2 NVME connected to a LSI 9400-16i in TriMode with a SFF 8643 to u.2. Planning to have this as ingestion for *arr • 1x3.84TB SSD Micron 5100 Pro (HPE branded) (SATA) thinking to move here after ingestion by *arr is completed, unpacking and moving unpacked to the 22tb Anything obvious missed with my storage? Anything I should consider? Storage is a collection of stuff I already have, have acquired for current and future needs. File system setup? Should I rethink something? Nothing mission critical will be stored. Family pictures, passwords and stuff like that are in the cloud already and will remain so for mine and the family’s sanity.
