  1. Failing disks, slow rebuilds, frequent boot issues

    I've been running Unraid as a VM within Proxmox with minimal issues for 5 years. Over the last month I've had two drives fail on separate occasions. Replaced the first and rebuilt in an OK fashion. Recently replaced a second drive and the rebuild is running at 1MB or less. 5TB drive replaced with an 8TB. Currently says 168 days to do the rebuild. I've read other posts of loose drives, dirty connectors, etc. I've shut the server down, pulled all drives and cleaned all connections at the drives and the bay connectors, including the one for the USB stick. I'm at a loss on what else to check. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. tower-diagnostics-20260201-0617.zip
