  1. thank you both so much, i can't express how happy i am. glad to be a part of unraid! after switching those ports to SATA it mounted no problem. can't wait to learn more from you all!
  2. i'm very new to unraid (7.1.4). i've never built a server and i started by taking my old PC and adding 3x 4TB seagate drives. everything was working perfectly for 4 months. i recently purchased 3 more of the same HDDs and went through the disk clear and mounting process. one of the drives mounted fine and was added to my array without issue. the other 2 drives did not mount and say "unmountable: wrong or no file system". i've tried reseating sata cables. i've tried switching power cables to the drives (i have a 2 port power cable and a 4 port power cable) thinking that there was a power sag or something. i'm very much at a loss and don't really know what i'm doing, however prior to having my server running successfully for the 4 months i went through a lot of troubles that i was able to figure out on my own. this issue has caused me to come to you all hoping i can learn more and figure this out. please excuse me if my post etiquette is off or if i get confused, i promise i'm not here to waste anyone's time hahaha. thanks in advance! below is a list of hardware stuff and my diagnostics folder. motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. 990FXA-UD3 cpu: AMD FX™-8350 Eight-Core @ 4000 MHz ram: 8GB DDR3 HDD: ST4000VN006 PSU: corsair CS650M tower-diagnostics-20260314-2337.zip
