It appears as if the Unsloth-Studio template has an issue. The template’s container paths (/data/studio/...) don’t match where this image actually stores data. Everything lives under /opt/unsloth-studio and /workspace, none of which are mapped, so it all sits in the container’s writable layer and gets wiped on every update. Downloaded models, user settings, chat history, passwords, etc all disappear every time the container is updated. I have attempted to work around it by mapping the entire Studio home directory (/opt/unsloth-studio/ ) containing accounts, db, RAG, etc, to /mnt/cache/appdata/unsloth-studio/home, and the HF Cache (/workspace/.cache/huggingface), to /mnt/cache/appdata/unsloth-studio/hf-cache. Seems to work, waiting to see if it survives an update.
