I was thinking this one too. But I finally brought a abit lg-95, I am a bit regert what I have brought, since it only got 4 sata ports. I need to buy a sata controller card now. How about GA-G33-DS3R? It got 8xsata ports, but it's atx.

How about gigabyte GA-G33-DS3R? They got 8 sata ports with on board display (g33 chipset). I think it's great for fileserver.

Hello, I am looking for a Sata controller card to add more sata ports in my fileserver. I don't need raid for the card, all I want is add more sata ports. Is there any good 8 ports card? If 8 ports is hard to find, is it better to use 2x4 ports card? Thanks a lot.
